Shipping and Returns

We accept all major credit and debit cards and Apple Pay payments. Please note any refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation and your order will be dispatched within 2-4 working days. We use Royal Mail for standard and international orders. 

We will update this policy from time to time and will include any seasonal shipping information, ie. Black Friday, Christmas & New Year.

UK Shipping: 
48h Tracked £5 / FREE for orders over £10
Express £7.50

US Shipping:
£15 / FREE for orders over $150

EU Shipping:
£10 / FREE for orders over €150

For international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout.  Please note local sales taxes and duties are the customer's responsibility. Some packages may also receive additional charges if they extend beyond average weight parameters. All orders shipping outside the UK are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. sea-m cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

Shipping generally takes 3-5 days following dispatch and a signature will be required upon receipt of your delivery.

If you have not received your parcel after 5 working days, please email us at aestlabel@gmail.com and we will track your order. Please allow for a slightly longer delivery around Christmas and when Royal Mail take strike action.

 

Return & Refund Policy 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange something in your order and are in a rush, we recommend you place a new order online for the replacement item. You can then return anything you do not wish to keep as per our usual returns process. Please note, we cannot accept exchanges for purchases outside of the UK. We ask that you return your item in the normal way and make a new purchase.

Store Credit
We can, of course, offer you store credit as an alternative to an exchange. The total amount for your order (minus shipping) will be credited to your account to use at your leisure for one year once the item(s) have been received and inspected as per our Refund & Returns policy.

Refunds
Once we have inspected your item(s) and providing the order has been sent back as per the Refund & Returns we will process your return request.

We aim to process all refunds within 7-14 days upon receipt following our quality control checks. Refunds will be credited back to the card used for the original purchase and a confirmation email will be sent to you once your refund has been processed. Please note from the time you receive the email confirmation that we have processed your refund, it can take up to 14 business days to be credited back to your account. If you have any questions please get in touch -aestlabel@gmail.com.
